Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

  2. Arrange the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix cooked and shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the crispy tater tots on a serving dish or a cast-iron skillet. Top with the buffalo chicken.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tots and chicken.

  6. Place the dish back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, drizzle with ranch dressing, and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
