  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then dip into the hot sauce mixture, and coat in bread crumbs mixture.

  4. Repeat until all chicken tenders are coated.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. In batches, cook the chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. Transfer the cooked chicken tenders to the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
