- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the black beans, avocado, tomato, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.
