Ingredients

  • 1 cup of beer
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Assorted dippers (bread, vegetables, pretzels, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the beer over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese with flour until the cheese is coated.

  3. Gradually add the cheese mixture to the simmering beer, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and smooth.

  4. Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Cook for an additional minute.

  5. Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or a serving bowl.

  6. Serve with an assortment of dippers.
