- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking spray
Instructions
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and green onions. Mix well to combine.
-
Lay out a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edge of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, creating a half-moon shape. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
-
Lightly coat the potstickers with cooking spray. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
-
Cook the potstickers in the air fryer for 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
-
Serve the potstickers hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
