How To Make Air-Fried Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder or nutritional yeast for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  4. Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.

  5. Cook for 6 minutes, then shake the basket to even out the cooking.

  6. Cook for another 6 minutes or until the kale becomes crispy and lightly browned.

  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
