How To Make Chicken Breast with Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
