How To Make Chicken Breast with Avocado Salad

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and serve on a bed of the avocado salad.
