Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to make the marinade.

  2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

  4. In the same skillet, add sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

  5. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and transfer to a sizzling hot platter.

  6. Top the chicken with the cooked onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

  8. Serve the sizzling chicken platter immediately while it’s hot.
