Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Cook chicken strips in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.

  7. In a separate saucepan, heat tomato sauce until hot.

  8. Serve chicken strips over spaghetti, top with tomato sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
