  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if desired).

  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, rubbing it in gently to ensure full coverage.

  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
