  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup lime marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, combine lime marmalade, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.

  4. Pour the lime marmalade glaze over the chicken breasts, allowing it to coat them evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has caramelized.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or salad.
