  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each breast is well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes, but for best results, marinate them for 1-2 hours.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  4. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
