Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
