  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sofrito sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, sofrito sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.

  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
