How To Make Crispy Panko Chicken Thighs Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. In another shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and flour.

  4. Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then coat it with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

  6. Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
