  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.

  4. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the orange marmalade mixture.
