How To Make Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the flour mixture.

Place the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter.

Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the buffalo sauce mixture.

Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until they are crispy and cooked through.
