- 1cucumber,cut in half lengthwise
- 6tbsphummus
- ¼cupcarrots,shredded
- ¼cupsprouts
- ¼cuptomato
- ¼cupred onion
- 3ozhass avocado,(from ½ medium avocado), sliced
- 1fresh lemon wedge,squeezed
- kosher salt and pepper,to taste
