How To Make Banana Pepper and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat and stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes until golden brown.

  3. Add banana peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with rice.
