Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Asian greens (bok choy, Chinese broccoli, or kale), washed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the sliced Asian greens and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

  5. Pour the sauce over the greens and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
