How To Make Habanero Pepper Stuffed Jalapenos

These jalapenos are stuffed with spicy habanero peppers and cream cheese for a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cut jalapeno peppers in half and remove the seeds and membranes.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine habanero peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt.

  6. Dip the stuffed jalapenos into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.

  7. Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the jalapenos are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
