Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Stir in water chestnuts, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.

  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
