Sautéed Spinach and Kale Recipe

Great tasting and a wonderful side vegetable with any fish, chicken, or meat.

How To Make Sautéed Spinach and Kale

  • 3 cups baby spinach (packed)
  • 2 cups kale (packed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  1. Saute all of the seasonings and garlic in a skillet for about 4 minutes.
  2. Next, add the kale and spinach into the skillet and stir sporadically.
  3. Continue stirring until the greens have wilted and everything is well mixed. Once you’re done stirring, serve and enjoy!
