How To Make Sautéed Spinach and Kale
- 3 cups baby spinach packed
- 2 cups kale packed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- Saute all of the seasonings and garlic in a skillet for about 4 minutes.
- Next, add the kale and spinach into the skillet and stir sporadically.
- Continue stirring until the greens have wilted and everything is well mixed. Once you're done stirring, serve and enjoy!
