Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby spinach packed
  • 2 cups kale packed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Saute all of the seasonings and garlic in a skillet for about 4 minutes.
  • Next, add the kale and spinach into the skillet and stir sporadically.
  • Continue stirring until the greens have wilted and everything is well mixed. Once you're done stirring, serve and enjoy!
