  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine blackberries, habanero peppers, sugar, water, and lemon juice.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until mixture thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool.

  5. Serve with crackers, cheese, or bread.
