How To Make Banana Pepper and Cucumber Pickles Recipe

Tangy and spicy, these pickles are perfect as a side dish or garnish.

Ingredients

  • 2 banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

  3. Place sliced banana peppers and cucumbers in a jar.

  4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables in the jar.

  5. Let sit for at least an hour before serving.
