A spicy and tangy relish made with serrano peppers and onions, perfect for adding to burgers or tacos.

Ingredients

  • 3 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced serrano peppers and onion, and sauté until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

  3. Add honey and salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.

  5. Serve as a relish for burgers or tacos.
