Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 heads of pak choi, rinsed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add pak choi to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  5. Pour the sauce over the pak choi and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
