Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) sirloin steaks
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chopped habanero peppers, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

  2. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Heat a grill pan over high heat. Add the steaks and grill for about 6 minutes per side or until the desired doneness is achieved.

  4. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
