  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems or ribs. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the greens to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper, stirring well to combine.

  6. Cover the skillet and let the greens cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender.

  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.

  8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a base for other recipes.
