  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, grapes, walnuts, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.

  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and caramelized.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
