Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
