  • 4 medium-sized yellow squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Slice the yellow squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the sliced squash with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
