  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  2. Rinse the asparagus and trim the tough ends.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the asparagus with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat each spear evenly.

  5. Place the asparagus directly on the smoker rack and close the lid.

  6. Smoke the asparagus for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

  7. Remove from the smoker and serve hot.
