  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
