  • 4 large potatoes, cut into sticks

Instructions

  2. Place the potato sticks in a large bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
