Ingredients
- 1 pound of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Return the asparagus back to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
