How To Make Roasted Asparagus

Four ingredients and 15 minutes and you’ve got yourself a roasted asparagus that’s a perfect side dish for any spring meal.

Ingredients

  • 18ozasparagus,fresh
  • Olive oil spray
  • kosher salt,to taste
  • black pepper,fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Wash and trim hard ends off asparagus. Place in a single layer in roasting pan.

  3. Spray all over with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Roast in oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until render crisp.
