  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lb polish kielbasa
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil on medium heat.

  2. Slice the polish kielbasa in half lengthwise. Place it in the skillet. 

  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer together.

  4. Serve with mustard and enjoy.
