  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.

  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until melted.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
