  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the corn on a baking sheet and brush each ear with melted butter.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over each ear of corn, pressing it gently to adhere.

  5. Roast the corn in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
