- ¼tspwhite sugar
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- 2bulbskohlrabi,peeled, sliced into ¼-inch half moons

Whisk the vinegar, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until the solids are completely dissolved into the liquid.
