How To Make Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

This tasteful asparagus recipe will be the star side dish on your dinner table. It’s crunchy, perfectly roasted, and topped with a tasty garlic parmesan.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 7 minutes
Total: 12 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1lbasparagus spears
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1garlic cloveminced
  • salt and black pepper
  • 3tbspparmesan cheesegrated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Rinse the asparagus and pat dry.

  3. Break off the ends with a knife.

  4. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

  5. Place the seasoned asparagus on a baking pan.

  6. Roast for 6 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.

  7. Add the parmesan cheese on top, then broil for 1 minute.

  8. Serve hot, and enjoy!
