  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 8-10 minutes, until they are browned and crispy.

  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

  5. Serve hot.
