  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a baking dish, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the Brussels sprouts.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until sprouts are tender and the topping is golden brown.
