- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
