  • 2cauliflowerflorets only
  • 4tbspbutter
  • 4tbspcream cheese
  • 3tbspheavy cream
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and lightly saltwater. Add cauliflower florets and boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Strain.

  2. In a separate bowl, mash together cauliflower florets, butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  3. Serve warm.
