Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
