Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cauliflower, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup of mixture per patty.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  5. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
