How To Make Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Enjoy a creamy bite of our rich cauliflower mashed potatoes for your next side dish! It’s well-seasoned, flavorful, and takes only 30 minutes to make.

  • 2cauliflower heads,approximately 4 cups, cut into 1½-inch pieces
  • cupheavy cream
  • 3tbspbutter,melted, plus more for garnish
  • 1tspkosher salt,plus more for garnish
  • ¼tsppepper,plus more for garnish
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • 2tbspparsley,fresh, chopped


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the cauliflower florets, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.

  3. Drain the cauliflower, then place it into the bowl of a food processor along with the cream, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  4. Puree until the cauliflower mixture is smooth.

  5. Place the mixture in a bowl.

  6. Drizzle with additional melted butter, if desired.

  7. Add a sprinkle of salt, pepper and parsley.

  8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
