How To Make Cauliflower Crust Pizza Bites
These completely gluten-free pizza bites have a crust made out of grated cauliflower. They’re then topped with a simple mix of basil and cheese.

Ingredients
- 2cauliflower heads
- ¼cupparmesan cheese
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tsppepper
- 1tspdried oregano
- ½tspred pepper flakes
- 3eggs
- ¼cupfresh basil
For Toppings:
- marinara sauce
- vegetable,of choice
- fresh basil
- cheese,of choice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grate the cauliflower into a large bowl. Sprinkle salt over cauliflower and mix together.

Set aside for 20 minutes while the salt draws moisture out of cauliflower.

Pour the cauliflower out onto 2 paper towels. Wrap up the shredded cauliflower and wring it out to drain the excess moisture from the cauliflower.

Transfer the cauliflower to a large mixing bowl. Combine the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, eggs, and basil with the cauliflower and mix.

On a prepared baking sheet, form little circular pizza crusts with the mixture, about ¼ inch thick.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Spoon marinara and mozzarella onto each crust, top the rest with whatever toppings on hand.

Bake for 5 to 7 additional minutes or until the cheese is melted.
