- 1 medium butternut squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the butternut squash and cut it into thin fry-like strips.

In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
