  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Peel the butternut squash and cut it into thin fry-like strips.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
